How We Built This Comparison
It is easy to fill a comparison table with flattering numbers, so here is exactly how ours was put together. All four casinos were tested in the same month, on UK accounts, using the same deposit amounts, payment methods and questions to support. Where a figure comes from published terms rather than our own measurement, we say so.
Why the rivals are anonymised
We describe the three rivals by type rather than by name. Promotions change weekly and a named comparison goes stale fast, and we would rather you judge on criteria than on logos. The types still tell you what you are choosing between:
- Rival A — a long-running slots brand with a loyal player base and a conservative approach to bonuses.
- Rival B — the casino arm of a high-street bookmaker, where the casino is a side room to the sportsbook.
- Rival C — a newer site built around its live casino, strong on tables and thin elsewhere.
What we measured
- The welcome offer and its real terms: wagering, time limit and free spin treatment.
- Payout speed to an e-wallet, timed from approval to arrival.
- Size of the game library and the live floor.
- Ongoing value: cashback and loyalty schemes.
- Support response time at three different hours of the day.
Each casino was then scored on our standard six-category scorecard, the same one used in our full review. Every site here, including the winner, has weak spots, and we point them out below. If you want the conclusion first, it is in the final section. If you would rather check the details yourself, open the casino alongside this page.
Welcome Bonuses Side by Side

Headline percentages are hard to compare because the caps are so different. The fairest test is to put the same deposit through each offer. Here is what £100 gets you at each of the four sites.
| Site | Offer | Bonus on £100 | Free spins |
|---|---|---|---|
| Our pick | 150% up to £1,500 + 150 FS | £150 | 150, cash winnings |
| Rival A | 100% up to £200 + 50 FS | £100 | 50, wagered |
| Rival B | £50 bonus | £50 | None |
| Rival C | 50% up to £300 | £50 | None |
At £100 the gap is clear, and it widens with larger deposits. The maximum bonus available is £1,500 here, against £200, £50 and £300 at the rivals. A £1,000 deposit turns into £2,500 to play with, while the best a rival can do is £1,300 at Rival C for the same deposit.
Bigger is not automatically better
A larger bonus means a larger wagering target, because wagering is calculated on the bonus. If you only ever deposit £20, the difference shrinks: £30 here against £20 at Rival A, £50 flat at Rival B (if its minimum deposit fits) and £10 at Rival C. Rival B's flat £50 is the better deal for a very small first deposit.
Choose the offer that fits the deposit you would make anyway, not the one with the biggest banner.
The detail that most separates the offers is the free spins. Ours pay winnings as cash with no wagering, while Rival A's carry 10x. Full terms and worked examples are on the promotions page.
Wagering and the Terms Behind the Offers
Since 19 January 2026, every UK casino has been limited to 10x wagering on bonus funds, so all four sites in this test use the same multiple. That removes the biggest trap of older offers. It does not make every bonus equal, though, because other terms still differ.
The time limit
This is where the real gap lies. Clearing 10x on a £150 bonus means £1,500 of slot stakes:
- 30 days at our top pick, about £50 a day.
- 21 days at Rival C, about £71 a day, although its bonus is smaller.
- 14 days at Rival A.
- 7 days at Rival B, which is tight for anyone who does not play every day.
A longer window lets you play at your normal pace instead of chasing the deadline, and that is the safer way to use any bonus.
Maximum bet and contribution
All four cap bets while a bonus is active. The £2 maximum here is typical. Slots count 100% at every site, and live and table games count at a reduced rate everywhere. Rival C, the live specialist, was the most generous on that point, but its bonus is half the size.
Rules that apply everywhere
Some things do not vary between UK sites at all: no bonus buys, no credit card deposits, slot stakes capped at £5 per spin (£2 for players aged 18 to 24), and age and ID checks before play. If a site you are considering offers any of these to a British account, it is not operating under UK rules. Our licensing guide explains how to check.
Payout Speed

For many players this is the most important row in the table. We timed e-wallet withdrawals at each site from the moment the request was approved to the moment the money arrived.
| Site | E-wallet payout after approval |
|---|---|
| Our pick | Under 1h |
| Rival A | Within 24h |
| Rival B | Within 48h |
| Rival C | Within 72h |
Our top pick approves withdrawals within 12 hours, and from there Skrill, Neteller, Revolut and Rapid Transfer payouts arrived in under an hour on every test. Visa Debit, Apple Pay and Trustly took up to 24 hours; Mastercard Debit and bank transfer 1–3 days. No method charged a fee.
Why the rivals were slower
- Rival A batches e-wallet payouts a few times a day, so a request made just after a batch waits for the next one.
- Rival B processes withdrawals through the bookmaker's main finance team, which slows things over weekends.
- Rival C is still building its payments operation, and its manual review step added most of the delay.
What speeds up every site
The biggest delay anywhere is an unfinished identity check. Upload photo ID and a proof of address dated within three months as soon as you register, and keep withdrawals to the method you deposited with, because UK casinos use a closed loop. Limits matter too: our pick allows £5,000 a day and £25,000 a month, with higher limits for VIP tiers.
Games and the Live Floor
Game count is the row where our top pick wins clearly, and live tables are the row where it does not.
Library size
With 5,000+ games from 80+ studios, the catalogue is the largest of the four, ahead of Rival A at 3,000+, Rival C at 2,500+ and Rival B at 1,500+. Count is not everything, but depth matters if you like trying new releases. Pragmatic Play, Play'n GO, Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City and Novomatic all sit alongside smaller studios such as Gamzix, Onlyplay, Fantasma and Peter & Sons. Rival B's library is mostly the big-studio essentials, which suits a sports bettor dropping in for a few spins but feels thin for a dedicated slot player.
Live tables
Here Rival C leads, with 400+ tables against 350+ for our pick. As a live specialist it carries more blackjack and baccarat variants and more native-language tables. For most UK players the difference is small: Funky Time, Mega Ball, Money Time, Mega Roulette and Speed Baccarat are all on our pick's floor, along with themed titles like Gates of Olympus Roulette and Sweet Bonanza CandyLand.
- Pick Rival C if you play live blackjack or baccarat almost exclusively and want the widest choice of limits.
- Pick our top choice if you split your time between slots and live game shows.
Same rules for everyone
All four sites switch off feature buys on British accounts and apply the same per-spin stake limits, so you will not find a difference there. Every site in the test also shows RTP in its game info panels.
Support, Mobile and Loyalty
These categories rarely decide where someone signs up, but they shape every week after the first deposit.
Customer support
We asked each support desk the same three questions at 10am, 6pm and 3am. Our top pick's 24/7 live chat replied in about a minute at every hour, and email answered within four hours. Rival C was close behind at around two minutes, and Rival A took about three. Rival B's chat closes at midnight, so our 3am question waited until morning.
Mobile
Rivals A and B offer native apps. Our pick and Rival C run in the browser. In use the gap was smaller than it sounds: the winner's browser site can be added to the home screen as a progressive web app, after which it opens full-screen and supports Face ID or fingerprint login. Rival C has no home-screen option and felt the least polished on a phone.
Loyalty and cashback
- Our pick: Friday Cashback of 10% on net slot losses up to £200, paid as cash, plus the five-tier Golden Circle with 3–15% weekly cashback, starting from the first deposit.
- Rival A: a points shop that converts play into small bonuses, all with wagering.
- Rival B: 5% monthly cashback and an invite-only VIP scheme with no published criteria.
- Rival C: 10% cashback, but only on live casino losses, and a three-tier scheme.
Cashback is a rebate, not income. Whatever site you choose, set deposit limits first; every UK-licensed casino must offer them. Read more about who is behind our top pick on the about page.
Final Scores and Who Should Pick What
Each site was scored on the same six categories: games, bonuses, payments, support, mobile and security. The overall results:
| Site | Our score | Best at |
|---|---|---|
| Our pick | 9.2/10 | Payout speed, game library, bonus value |
| Rival A | 8.6/10 | Native app, steady track record |
| Rival B | 8.3/10 | Simple flat bonus for small deposits |
| Rival C | 8.0/10 | The widest choice of live tables |
Our recommendations
- For most UK slot players: our top pick. It has the largest library, the biggest welcome offer, free spins that pay cash and e-wallet withdrawals in under an hour.
- If you want a native app and a long history: Rival A is the sensible alternative, provided you can live with 24-hour payouts.
- If you mainly bet on sport: Rival B's casino is a convenient extra, because our pick has no sportsbook.
- If you play almost only live blackjack or baccarat: Rival C's 400+ tables are worth a look, but expect payouts of up to 72 hours.
Whichever site you choose, verify the licence yourself, set a deposit limit before your first session and never deposit money you need for anything else.
