What This Summary Is, and What It Is Not
Most people tick the terms box in a second and never open the document. Fair enough, yet that document is where nearly every argument with a casino starts: a bonus voided for a bet that was too large, a withdrawal held because an account was not verified, or a second account closed without warning. Here we pick out the clauses that matter in day-to-day play and restate them in everyday language.
What you should know about this page
- It is our independent summary, written by the editorial team, not the operator's legal document.
- If anything here differs from the operator's own terms, the operator's terms apply.
- Terms can change. The operator must tell you about significant changes, and the version on its site is the current one.
- Bonus offers have their own specific terms in addition to the general rules.
Read the full terms and the bonus terms once before your first deposit. It takes about fifteen minutes and saves far longer arguments later.
We cover the areas below in order: who can play, how verification works, the bonus rules, withdrawals and limits, dormant accounts and how complaints are handled. For each, we point out the detail that most often catches people out.
The terms page should also name the company that operates the site. Compare it with the licensee shown on the regulator's register, as explained in our licences guide. Our about page explains how we write these summaries, and the full review covers the service. Once you have read the rules, visit the casino.
Eligibility: 18+ and One Account per Person

The first rules in any casino's terms decide who may open an account at all, and they are enforced strictly because the operator's licence depends on them.
Who can play
- Age: you must be 18 or over. Age is verified before any real-money play, and an account found to belong to someone under 18 is closed, with deposits returned and winnings void.
- Residence: the UK edition is for residents of Great Britain. Using a VPN to appear elsewhere breaches the terms.
- One account: one account per person. The same applies to a household or device in some cases, so check before a partner signs up on the same laptop.
- Your own details: what you enter at registration has to agree with your ID and proof of address.
- Your own money: every card and e-wallet must be in your name.
| Breach | Typical consequence |
|---|---|
| Duplicate account | Accounts closed, bonuses removed |
| Someone else's card | Deposit reversed, account suspended |
| False details | Verification failed, withdrawals held |
Self-excluded players
If you are registered with GAMSTOP or have self-excluded, you cannot open a new account during the exclusion. Trying to do so is a breach, and the tools exist precisely to make that difficult.
The login guide covers your first sign-in, the licences page explains why these checks are required, and our troubleshooting page helps if an account is restricted. Eligible? Open your account.
Verification and Your Personal Details
Verification, often called KYC for know your customer, is a condition of the account rather than an optional extra. On UK accounts it must be completed before real-money play, and further checks can be requested at any time, particularly before a withdrawal or as deposits grow.
Documents you may be asked for
- Photo ID: a passport, driving licence or national identity card, with all four corners visible.
- Proof of address: a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months.
- Payment proof: only when asked, showing that a card or wallet is yours. Cover the middle digits of a card.
Most checks are completed within 24 hours. The terms usually allow the operator to hold withdrawals until verification is finished, which is why uploading early is the single most useful habit.
Affordability and source of funds
The operator may ask about your income or where deposits come from. This is a regulatory duty. The terms typically allow the cashier to be restricted until you respond, so answer promptly and keep the documents simple.
Keep your details current. If you move house or change your name, update the account and upload new proof before requesting a withdrawal.
How your data is handled
Documents are uploaded over 256-bit TLS encryption and stored under data protection law. The privacy policy explains how long they are kept and how to request a copy of your data.
Our troubleshooting guide covers rejected uploads, the security guide explains encryption, and the review rates the process. Documents ready? Get verified now.
Bonus Terms: 10x Wagering, £2 Max Bet, 30 Days

Bonus terms cause more disputes than any other part of the rules, and nearly always because of one of four conditions. The welcome offer is 150% up to £1,500 plus 150 free spins on a first deposit of £20 or more, claimed by opting in at the cashier.
| Rule | What it means |
|---|---|
| 10x wagering | Bet ten times the bonus amount before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. 10x is the UK maximum. |
| 30 days | Unfinished wagering after 30 days means the remaining bonus and its winnings expire. |
| £2 max bet | While bonus funds are active, no single spin may exceed £2. |
| Game contribution | Slots count 100% towards wagering; live and table games count 10%. |
A worked example
Deposit £100 and you receive a £150 bonus, giving £250 to play. The wagering requirement is 10 times £150, so £1,500 in total bets. On slots, every £1 staked counts in full. On roulette, a £1 bet counts as just 10p.
The free spins
The 150 free spins on Big Bass Splash arrive as 30 a day for 5 days, at £0.10 each. Their winnings are paid as cash with no wagering at all.
The £2 rule is the one most often broken. A single £3 spin while a bonus is active can be enough for bonus winnings to be removed.
Bonus buy features are not offered on UK accounts. The full offer list sits on our promotions page, the comparison sets the offer against rivals and the troubleshooting page covers missing bonuses. Understood the rules? Claim the welcome offer.
Withdrawals, Limits and the Closed-Loop Rule
The withdrawal section of the terms sets out how much you can take out, how quickly and by which route. Knowing the numbers in advance avoids most frustration at the cashier.
The limits
- Minimum withdrawal: £20.
- Maximum withdrawal: £5,000 per day and £25,000 per month, with higher limits for VIP tiers.
- Approval: within 12 hours, after which the payment method's own timing applies.
- Fees: none on any listed method.
| Method | Time after approval |
|---|---|
| Skrill, Neteller, Revolut, Rapid Transfer | Under 1 hour |
| Visa Debit, Apple Pay, Trustly | Up to 24 hours |
| Mastercard Debit, bank transfer | 1–3 days |
The closed-loop rule
Withdrawals go back to the method you deposited with, where possible. It is an anti-fraud rule and it is applied strictly. Paysafecard cannot receive withdrawals, so if you deposited that way you will be asked to nominate another method in your name, usually a bank transfer.
What can hold a payout
- Verification not yet complete.
- An active bonus whose 10x wagering is unfinished.
- A security or affordability check requested by the operator.
Large wins above the daily cap are paid in instalments under the daily and monthly limits, unless your VIP tier allows more.
Payout speed is scored in our review, the comparison lines up rival payout times and the troubleshooting page covers pending withdrawals. Ready to cash out? Open the cashier.
Dormant Accounts and Closing Your Account
Few players think about an account they stop using, but the terms cover it, which matters if you leave a balance behind.
What dormant means
An account that has had no logins or transactions for the period set out in the full terms is treated as dormant or inactive. Check the current version for the exact period and any fee. Before any fee is charged, the operator must contact you, usually by email, giving you the chance to log in or withdraw.
- Logging in or placing a bet normally resets the inactivity clock.
- A fee, where one applies, is taken only from a real-money balance and cannot push it below zero.
- Bonus funds and free spins left in a dormant account expire under the normal 30-day bonus rules long before dormancy applies.
Closing an account yourself
You can ask to close the account at any time through live chat or account settings. Withdraw any balance first. Closure is different from self-exclusion.
| Option | Effect |
|---|---|
| Account closure | Ends the account; reopening may be possible later |
| Time-out | Pause from 24 hours to 6 weeks |
| Self-exclusion | Block of 6 months or more, cannot be reversed early |
If you are closing because gambling no longer feels in control, choose self-exclusion or GAMSTOP rather than a simple closure. The safer gambling section lists every tool, the login guide shows where settings sit and our about page explains our approach. Still playing? Log in and check your balance.
Complaints and Alternative Dispute Resolution
Even well-run casinos get things wrong sometimes, and the terms set out a clear route for putting it right. Following the steps in order matters, because an independent adjudicator will normally only look at a case once the operator's own process has finished.
Step one: the operator
- Contact live chat or email support and explain the problem clearly.
- Ask for the complaint to be logged formally and note the reference number.
- Provide screenshots, times, game names and transaction references.
- Keep copies of every message.
Live chat runs 24/7 with a median first reply of about a minute, and email replies arrive within 4 hours.
Step two: independent ADR
If you are not satisfied with the final response, or the complaint is still unresolved after eight weeks, UK rules let you refer it to an alternative dispute resolution provider. The ADR service is independent of the casino, free for players, and named in the terms and on the complaints page. Its decision is based on the terms and the evidence from both sides.
ADR deals with disputes about the outcome of gambling transactions, such as a voided bonus or a withheld withdrawal. It is not the route for complaints about advertising or general service.
